Refund policy

Pay-per-use (₹199)

Each ₹199 payment grants one resume rewrite credit. Because the credit is consumed immediately upon the rewrite being generated, we generally do not offer refunds once the rewrite has been delivered.

If you were charged but did not receive a working rewrite due to a technical error on our end, we will issue a full refund or credit. Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Monthly subscription (₹499/month)

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

If you were charged for a renewal after cancellation due to a billing error, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the erroneous charge in full.

How to request a refund

Email us at abhiramrules013@gmail.com with:

• Your registered email address
• The Razorpay payment ID (starts with pay_)
• A brief description of the issue

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.

We encourage you to reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to resolve issues directly and quickly.
