No refunds
All subscription payments made on shortlistd are final and non-refundable. Once a billing cycle begins, no refund will be issued for that period under any circumstances.
What you're subscribing to
shortlistd offers monthly subscriptions — Starter (₹199/month, 20 rewrites) and Pro (₹499/month, 50 rewrites). Rewrites reset at the start of each billing period. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to your plan's features until then. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Disputes
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage you to use your 2 free rewrites to try the product before subscribing.
