What we collect

When you use shortlistd, we collect your email address (via Supabase Auth), the resume text you paste or upload, and the job descriptions you provide. We store the results of each rewrite to power your dashboard.

How we use your data

• To process your resume rewrites via our AI service
• To track your application history on your dashboard
• To manage your subscription and billing via Razorpay
• We do not sell your data to third parties

Third-party services

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Razorpay for payment processing, and Google (Groq / Anthropic) for AI-powered resume analysis. Each service has its own privacy policy.

Data retention

Your resume data and rewrite history are stored until you delete your account. You can request deletion by emailing us at abhiramrules013@gmail.com.

Cookies

We use cookies only for authentication (session management via Supabase). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
