Privacy policy

What we collect

When you use shortlistd, we collect your email address (via Supabase Auth), the resume text you paste or upload, and the job descriptions you provide. We store the results of each rewrite to power your history and dashboard.

How we use your data

• To process your resume rewrites, cover letters, and LinkedIn rewrites via our AI service
• To track your application history and resume version history
• To manage your subscription and billing via Razorpay
• We do not sell your data to third parties

Third-party services

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Razorpay for subscription billing, and Anthropic (Claude) for AI-powered resume analysis, cover letter generation, and LinkedIn rewrites. Each service has its own privacy policy.

Subscription data

When you subscribe, Razorpay processes your payment and shares your subscription status with us. We store your plan, billing period dates, and rewrite usage to manage access to features. We do not store your card details — these are held by Razorpay.

Data retention

Your resume data, rewrite history, and account data are stored until you request deletion. You can request account deletion by emailing us at abhiramrules013@gmail.com.

Cookies

We use cookies only for authentication (session management via Supabase). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
